SHIPPING

GENERAL INFORMATION

To care for the artwork never display it in strong ultraviolet radiation such as direct sunlight or in a location of high humidity. Avoid touching the image area or rubbing your hand or other materials across the surface of the piece. All works are signed by the artist on the front, have the title and date on the back and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.  

All reproduction and copyrights are retained by the artist after sale. Please be aware that the colors and brightness of the digital representations may vary due to your monitor. Therefore the original may be slightly different from the digital images seen on this or any other site.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

PayPal is the preferred method of payment, other forms of payment are open to discussion - please contact the artist before buying if you wish to use another payment method to ensure that it can be accommodated. Payment plans are accepted. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All prices for original work on this website exclude shipping and handling. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.  Shipping fees will be based on the location of the buyer and will be charged separately. The buyer can decide not to buy the artwork after shipping charges are calculated, in this case all previous payments will be returned to the buyer within five business days.

Prices for giclee prints are added directly when you purchase the piece and are fixed at $8 within the continental US.  Prices for clothing, cell phone cases, and pillows are added directly when you purchase the piece and range between $5 and $8 within the continental US.  

When shipped all works are carefully packaged and protected. Each work will be shipped according to each of their individual requirements. Artwork is usually shipped within 5 days of cleared payment.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the artwork, please notify the artist of your desire to return your purchase within 30 days of sale. Returns of artwork will always be accepted if the artwork is in its original condition. Refunds can be issued if the buyer does not like what he or she receives. The total cost of the artwork (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded if the artwork is returned in the same condition that it was sent within 30 days of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees, and there are no refunds on return shipping and insurance fees paid for by the buyer who returns the purchase. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and acceptance of the artwork. Refunds will not be possible for works that have deteriorated due to incorrect display.
